Looks like anyone can perform Brain Surgery these days. Especially in Rhode Island where they operated on the wrong side of patients heads repeatedly. It is rumored that in Rhode Island, it is ok for someone to be trained in medicine by playing “Operation” in excess of 2 hours. They also levy fines according to the Parker Brothers Code of Conduct . . . $50,000 if it happens three times or more.
